BBB is not a good source of information for any consumer. They do not do proper research of complaints and always side with the consumer. I certainly would not recommend joining this organization.

Every experience I've had with them has been great. The communication with them is awesome and they have no issue addressing any questions or concerns I may have. You guys rock.

They are not doing their job to properly investigate complaints. They wrongly responded that the complaint has been resolved satisfactorily and consider it closed. This did not happen - the shady business did not provide any resolution. Thus, this BBB spreads misinformation.
Pro-Tech Services a year ago
Being part of the BBB has opened many opportunities for Pro-Tech Services. We are an HVAC company that focuses on quality and trust. We've secured several jobs through the website, and people trust and value my commitment to excellence. 10/10 recommend!

worthless and incompetent people. These idiots put my entire plumbing business info on another plumbers business page and sending my business to somebody else. They are just as bad as yelp. Nothing positive will come from using the service. All business owners delete yourself from them.
